On Monday June 9, the Evesham Education Foundation held their 19th Annual Golf Classic at Little Mill Country Club.
Over 115 golfers enjoyed their day on the links as well as participated in longest drive, closest to the pin and putting contests. More than 150 people enjoyed a cocktail hour and sumptuous dinner that followed golf during the awards banquet.
There were a number of corporate and business sponsors including The Bradley Funeral Home, Oak Mortgage, Ravitz Family Shoprite, The Rothman Institute, Cooper Levenson Law, Marlton Business Association and Wells Fargo Advisors.
In addition, an initial gift was made to the Foundation in the amount of $4,500 by Eleanor McKenna of Pat McKenna Realtors.
Pat McKenna Realtors and their employees have generously pledged a contribution for every property sold this year to benefit the Foundation and the fulfillment of its mission to improve and enhance the educational opportunities for all of the students in the Evesham Township School District.
Proceeds from the Golf Classic will be used to fund three district programs: The Coordinated Arts Program for Primary Students, The Metamorphosis Program (both of which will be in operation during the summer) and the Genesis Counseling Program that runs throughout the school year.
