Evesham Township Police Department issues warrant for suspect in March 14 burglary of Charter Oak Lane home

The following information comes from Lt. Joseph Friel of the Evesham Township Police Department:

On May 20, ETPD identified and charged the second suspect in connection to the March 14 home burglary on Charter OakĀ Lane.

A male, age 36, of Willingboro was charged with third degree burglary. A warrant with $25,000 bail has been issued for hisĀ arrest.

This is an ongoing investigation into the March 14 burglary of a home on Charter Oak Lane. During that burglary the homeowner and his two young children confronted the suspect in a bedroom inside theirĀ home.
