Evesham Child Care is excited to announce a brand new child care program that will be opening June 30 at Marlton Middle School. Teddy Bear Academy is a division of the Evesham Child Care program, sponsored by the Evesham Township School District Board of Education. Teddy Bear Academy is specifically designed to respond to the increasing needs of working families with younger children. Evesham Child Care has been providing quality child care for over 23 years to children enrolled in the Evesham Township School District’s elementary schools and is excited to be expanding their quality child care programs to infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
Teddy Bear Academy will be open to all children ages six weeks old to preschool and is available year-round with varied full-day options. A choice of two — five days per week is available; however, they must be the same days each week. The hours of operation are 6:45 a.m. until 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.
A half-day preschool option is also available for 3-and 4-year olds from 6:45 a.m. — 12:15 p.m. (AM session) or 12:30–6 p.m. (PM session). Children must be 3 or 4 on or before Oct. 1 and fully potty-trained to meet the requirements for this program.
The Evesham Child Care’s Teddy Bear Academy will be located in the back section of Marlton Middle School. In this secured setting, there are seven large classrooms, an indoor play area, a fenced outdoor play area, a nurse’s office, bathrooms, and a separate entrance exclusive to Teddy Bear Academy families. Teddy Bear Academy will offer a safe, loving, nurturing environment, where children have the greatest opportunity to grow, learn and develop.
Anyone interested in enrolling their child in one of our programs should plan on attending an early registration and open house on Saturday, March 15 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon at Marlton Middle School.
