Hyland Levin Managing Partner Benjamin A. Levin and Mark D. Shapiro, a partner in the firm, have been named as top franchise attorneys in the United States.
They were two of only three New Jersey attorneys named for franchise work in The International Who’s Who of Franchise Lawyers 2013.
Their peers nominate attorneys. Levin concentrates his practice on franchise and business law. He represents food manufacturers and serves as outside general
counsel to some of the Mid-Atlantic region’s most vibrant businesses.
Shapiro focuses his practice on franchise law and real estate. He represents franchisors in relationship and regulatory issues and in real estate matters, including leasing, acquisitions, sales and financings.
