“We were forced to cancel three concerts this season due to rain, thunderstorm warnings and even a tornado watch,” McDonnell said.

“We were able to reschedule two, Point Blank and Beatlemania Now, but the Fralinger String Band has a full summer schedule. We are all working toward a new date for their performance, so stay tuned.”

Point Blank, part of the Sunset Jazz Series at Wiggins Waterfront Park, has been rescheduled for Monday, July 29 at 8 p.m.
This performance was originally scheduled for June 24.

Beatlemania Now, part of the Twilight Concert Series at Cooper River Park, has been rescheduled for Thursday, Sept. 5 at 8 p.m. at Cooper River Park. This event was canceled on June 27.

The Fralinger String Band’s performance, originally scheduled for June 13 at Cooper River Park, is still to be announced.

“We’ve planned a wide variety of programs and activities for people of all ages,” McDonnell said. “Whatever your interest — music, movies, sports or family entertainment — there’s something for everyone in Camden County’s Parks this summer.”
