HMHS alum named head boys soccer coach

Message from Haddonfield Memorial High School’s athletic director Lefteris Banos.

Haddonfield Memorial High School announced Ryan Nixon as the 2013 head boys soccer coach.

Nixon is a Haddonfield Memorial High School (Class of 2001) alumnus. His educational background includes a bachelor of arts degree in political science and international studies along with a minor in German studies from McDaniel College in Westminster, Md. During my his years at the college, he was a four-time letter winner for the Green Terror Men’s Soccer Program from 2001 to 2004.

Nixon has served Haddonfield soccer at virtually every level; as a Haddonfield Youth Soccer Club and HMHS soccer player, as a Haddonfield Youth Soccer Club trainer and coach, and as a HMHS freshman, junior varsity, and varsity assistant coach.

We are looking forward to coach Nixon leading our boys soccer program. His experience as a Haddonfield player and coach will serve him well in continuing the rich tradition of Haddonfield boys soccer.
