‘Road-show’ first meeting June 26

Burlington County Freeholder Director Joe Donnelly announced that the first public meeting “road-show” will be held on Wednesday, June 26 at 7 p.m. at the Burlington Township Municipal building, 851 Old York Road.

As part of the transparency plan that Donnelly initiated in the beginning of the year, the freeholder board will be taking some of its meetings on the road to towns in various locations around the county.

“We want to make sure that all of our residents have the opportunity to be a part of county government,” Donnelly said. “Taking meetings to different parts of the county will give folks an opportunity to attend meetings in their home towns.”
