The Evesham Twinning Association, the locally based international friendship organization that oversees the township’s nearly 25-year “twin town” relationship with Evesham, England — is holding its annual Spring Fundraiser on Friday, April 26 at the Indian Spring Country Club in Marlton.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. to give attendees a chance to view the various silent and bid auction items and to patronize the cash bar.
A four-course dinner with the choice of chicken Florentine or honey-glazed salmon will be served at 7:30 p.m., followed by the auction.
The cost is $36 per person.
Contact either Bev Thompson at (856) 767–9029 or Tom Rovito at (856) 768–1497 for reservations.
The two auctions will feature items across a wide range of values on which attendees can bid.
In the past, these have included gift baskets, restaurant and store gift certificates, free nights at resort hotels, tickets to local professional sporting events and theaters, golf outings and more.
As the organization’s main source of revenue for the year, the Spring Fundraiser this year will help defray costs related to the upcoming visit this fall from members of the Dreux, France, twinning group from Sept. 14 to 29.
