The Farmstead will be open for tours from noon to 4 p.m. every Wednesday and the first Sunday of each month through November.

Special activities are planned to coincide with the Sunday open houses. In addition to tours of the farmhouse, visitors can enjoy and explore more than 30 acres of preserved land surrounding the farmstead, including a playground, community gardens, a picnic area and nature trails.

Listed on the New Jersey and National Registers of Historic Places, the Barclay Farmstead (c. 1816) captures the agrarian heritage that dominated the South Jersey landscape in the early 19th century.

Now owned and operated by Cherry Hill Township with assistance from the Friends of Barclay Farmstead, the house and grounds are open seasonally for tours, programs, events and exhibits.

For more information, contact the Barclay Farmstead at (856) 795–6225 or [email protected].
