Alice Paul was one of the most influential women in America, leading the final fight for women’s suffrage and championing equal rights for women through most of the 20th century. Yet most people are unaware of the pivotal role this Mt. Laurel native played in procuring the political rights American women now enjoy. This slide presentation and discussion explores Alice Paul’s life, her roots in the New Jersey Quaker community, and her work for women around the world.

There is no cost to attend.
