The Katz JCC in Cherry Hill recently celebrated American Heart Month with a variety of activities for all ages and abilities. Programs were to encourage a healthy lifestyle included health screenings, nutrition lectures, parent/child exercise classes, zumba-thon and senior chair aerobics.
