Cops: update on hit-and-run

As of Oct. 12, neither the victim nor the location of the hit-and-run collision has been located. Since the night of the collision, the Evesham Police Department has conducted an extensive search within its geographical boundaries. We have utilized foot officers, ATV patrols, canines, heat cameras, and helicopters. All available surveillance video has been or is in the process of being analyzed.

The Evesham Police Department is working closely with the New Jersey State Police, Cherry Hill Police and all surrounding law enforcement agencies in this investigation.

On the morning of Oct. 12, investigators from the Evesham Police Department executed a search warrant on the vehicle involved in the hit-and-run collision. During the search of the vehicle, forensic evidence was recovered. That evidence is in the process of being delivered to the New Jersey State Police Laboratory for analysis.
