The following incidents were taken from reports on file with the Mt. Laurel Police Department.
A resident of the unit block of Alderton Lane reported the theft of a recycling bin. The incident occurred between 8 p.m. on Sept. 18 and 11:56 a.m. on Sept. 28. The container is valued at $75.
A resident of the 500 block of Willow Turn reported an attempted burglary to a residence. The incident occurred between 6 p.m. and midnight on Sept. 28. The front door was damaged from being pried. Entry was not gained. Damage is estimated at $50.
Mt. Laurel Police arrested a 21-year-old man of the unit block of Thorn Lane, Chesterfield, on Sept. 29 at 11:39 p.m. for possession of marijuana. He was arrested in the parking lot of the 7–11 on Route 73 subsequent to a suspicious person investigation. He was charged with possession of marijuana and released pending a municipal court hearing.
Mt. Laurel Police arrested a 26-year-old man of the 800 block of Rancocas Avenue, Riverside, on Sept. 30 at 1:51 a.m., for driving while intoxicated. He was arrested after being stopped on Creek Road for a motor vehicle violation. He was and charged with driving while intoxicated and released pending a municipal court hearing.
Mt. Laurel Police arrested a 26-year-old man of the unit block of Five Crown Royal, Marlton, on Sept. 30 at 2:11 a.m., for driving while intoxicated. He was arrested after being stopped for a motor vehicle violation on Route 73. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and released pending a municipal court hearing.
Mt. Laurel Police arrested a 42-year-old man of the 200 block of Haddon Avenue, Haddonfield, on Sept. 30 at 6:30 a.m., for driving while intoxicated. He was arrested during the investigation of a motor vehicle collision on Century Parkway. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and released pending a municipal court hearing.
Mt. Laurel Police arrested a 37-year-old man of the 500 block of Chews Landing Road, Sicklerville, on Sept. 30 at 6:39 a.m. for shoplifting $294 in merchandise from the CVS on Route 38. He was served with criminal complaints and lodged at the Burlington County Jail in lieu of $5,000Â bail.
A resident of the unit block of Christopher Mills Drive reported a burglary and theft to a residence. The incident occurred on Sept. 30, between 11:30 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. Entry was gained through an unlocked sliding door. Jewelry and cash, valued at approximately $650, was taken.
