The following is on record with the Medford Police Department:
On Sept. 17 at 10 p.m., Medford Police observed a Chevrolet Cavalier being operated by a female traveling north on Jackson Road with a malfunctioning passenger side brake light. During the motor vehicle stop police detected an odor of raw and burnt marijuana emanating from inside the car. Investigation revealed a multi-colored glass pipe containing suspected marijuana in the female’s purse. She was placed under arrest and processed at police headquarters. The female was released pending court charges.
