Hey, is that front yard on fire?

The following items can be found on file with the Haddonfield Police Department:

• A contractor working at Farwood Road reported to police on June 13 at 9:30 a.m. that an unknown suspect stole his 12-foot aluminum ladder from the back of the home.

• A Peyton Avenue resident reported to police on June 13 at 2:05 p.m. that someone stole the street sign off of the pole at Peyton Avenue and Redman. It was broken off from the top of the pole.

• A Haddonfield Memorial High School student reported to police on June 7 at 4:34 p.m. that his unlocked bike was stolen from the bike rack during the school day.

It was a Diamondback “Drifter” and its serial number was entered into the department’s system.

• A Chews Landing Road resident reported to police on June 4 at 3:50 p.m. that a white house with green shutters on the street was on fire. The fire department responded to the scene and set out a small first in the front yard.
