Tabernacle’s newest Eagle Scout

A standing room only crowd was on hand for Tabernacle’s Brandon Hendrickson (left) as he officially received the rank of Eagle Scout from Boy Scout Troop 439’s Scoutmaster Jim Bonn (right), at town hall.

Troop 439 seems to have a magic touch for keeping members interested in sticking with scouting these days. The troop far outpaces the national average for boys attaining Boy Scouts of America’s pinnacle rank, Eagle, which speaks volumes about this troop.

Bonn praises Hendrickson’s hard work and accomplishments en route to becoming an Eagle, including the installation of a fitness station in a township park. Then, Hendrickson thanked troop members, adult leaders and his family for their roles in his achievement.
