As part of the New Jersey Governor’s Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse (GCADA) The Shamong Township School District participates in the Shamong Township’s municipal alliance to prevent alcoholism and drug abuse known as STASA.
As part of this program, the students at Indian Mills Elementary school can participate in after school programs sponsored in part by the alliance. The goal of STASA is to provide our youth with a strong foundation that will help promote healthy, safe lifestyles, free of substance abuse.
