Long & Foster’s Moorestown Sales office was the sales leader in several categories in the New Jersey/Delaware Region for the month of July, 2011.
“The Moorestown office finished Number One in the region in sales volume and units sold,” said Terry Spahr, Regional Manager of Long & Foster. “In addition, their sales volume was up six percent versus July of 2010. They really are ‘red hot’ right now!”
According to Manager Denise Jasinski, “During July, our average sale price also increased 12 percent from July of last year.”
“With such a wide variety of homes to choose from at this time, it really is a great time to buy and sell,” added Jasinski. “Long & Foster’s new technologies and marketing enable our agents to help their clients on an even higher level. We just launched our new “Curbside Shopper” program which gives our buyers instant access to property information via text message from their cell phones or smart phones. With one simple code and using GPS technology, Curbside Shopper gives buyers MLS information on a property right when they want it.”
The Moorestown office also has a satellite location in Medford where they are available seven days a week to serve the real estate needs of the public.
Jasinski continued, “With rates still very low, we encourage anybody thinking of buying or refinancing to call us and get pre-qualified for a mortgage. Our in-house mortgage loan officer has a wide array of financing products available to our agents and their clients so they can make their real estate dreams happen.”
