Jacy appeared on the Oprah Winfrey Show as an advocate to ban cell phone use by drivers.
The program will be held Monday, May 23 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Jewish Community Center, Family Activity Center at Kresson and Springdale Rds.
Teens and adults are welcome, but there is limited seating.
