On March 23 at 7:06 p.m., police responded to the Friendly’s at 2250 Rt 70 W for the report of a theft from motor vehicle.
An actor had smashed a vehicle door window and taken possession of a GPS which was attached to the front windshield. Witness observed a suspicious male in the area during the time this incident occurred.
The male was described as white, approximately 40 to 50 years of age, wearing black pants, and a black shirt.
The witness advised the male was last seen walking swiftly away from the area with unknown item under his shirt.
