Credit card stolen and she suspects the boyfriend

The following items are on file with the Haddonfield Police Department:

A W. Summit Avenue resident reported to police on March 4 at 3:20 p.m. She reported that sometime in February her credit card was used at the Woodbury Walmart and $999.46 was charged to the card.

The victim said that she had already filed charges against her daughter’s boyfriend for the same type of fraudulent charges. She said other than herself, the boyfriend was the only other person to have access to her card.

A Hillside Lane resident reported to police on March 1 at 6:19 p.m. that he observed a motorized scooter in the front yard of Longwood Drive. The scooter had been stolen from him at an earlier date.

The police spoke with the homeowner and the resident said the scooter was not hers and she didn’t know where it had come from. The scooter was returned to the victim’s home where it was identified.
