The following item is on file with the Evesham Township Police Department:

The Evesham Police Department is continuing to investigate a series of burglaries that occurred at the Apple Store, located at 500 Route 73 South, Marlton.

On Feb. 15, the Evesham Police Department issued an arrest warrant for one of the male involved in Sept. 2, 2009 burglary at the Apple Store.

The suspect is a black male, 25-years-old, of Meribrook Circle, Willingboro.

The suspect was charged with Armed Burglary, Theft, Terroristic Threats and Criminal Mischief, bail was set at $50,000.

The September 2, 2009, burglary occurred when several individuals broke the front glass door of the business, accosted the on-duty security guard with what appear to be a firearm, threatening him and stole approximately $35,000 worth of computers, phones and Ipods.

On Feb. 20 the Rutgers New Brunswick Police Department conducted a motor vehicle stop on a vehicle operated by the suspect. It was determined that he was wanted in Evesham Township and he was placed under arrested and turned over the Evesham Police Department. He was processed and committed to the Burlington County Jail.

The other burglaries that occurred, that are believed to be involved in this series occurred on May 10, 2009, Jan. 15, 2011 and Feb. 6, 2011.
