The Moorestown Township Public Schools have set the 2011 dates for kindergarten registration at the high school. Parents do not need to bring their child with them to their scheduled appointment. Starting on Jan. 24, parents are requested to call Cathy Kain, district’s Central Registrar’s office, at 778–6600 (press 7), to receive a scheduled time during the day to complete the registration procedure. Parents who are not able to attend on the specified days should call Kain for alternate arrangements. There are pre-registration packets available, which will be sent out when making the appointment. The packets contain information about the Kindergarten program and copies of the forms that you will be asked to complete before your scheduled appointment.
Kindergarten registration for all elementary schools (Baker School, Roberts School and South Valley School) will be held on the following dates: Wednesday, Feb. 23 — Friday, March 25.
Children entering kindergarten in September must be 5 years of age on or before Oct. 1.
